2.) Once you are a member click on the "Forums" link above. Below is a picture of what the "Forums" link looks like:
3.) Next select the forum you want to create a forum topic for. Below is a picture of the forum select screen.
4.) Then click on the "Post new Forum topic" link. Below is a picture of the "Post new Forum topic":
5.) Then fill out the subject and the body (comment or question) of your forum topic. Below is an example of this:
6.) Finally hit the "Save" button to post it. Below is a picture of the "Save" button:
